Recruiting New Graduates and Students

When I was working for MedHunters.com, I spent a lot of my time researching new ways to advertise our jobs to new grads. One tool that I found that I thought was really cool, was a site called NACElink.  The NACElink Network is a web based service that allows employers to advertise job postings to over 900 schools (universities, colleges, etc.) in the US.
